Interesting to watch was is happening in another small biotech, which like Invion,
has significantly destroyed shareholder wealth through among other things a director stealing shareholder funds ( does that sound familiar! ). Well POH are now on the verge of a deal and long suffering shareholders are being asked to approve a generous options bonus to directors.
One of those directors ( who had nothing to do with the previous thieving regime ) is
Dr Greg Collier. In fact Greg is being transitioned to become the new Chairman.
This deal is reminiscent of the Chemgenix options Greg received prior to the sale.
