the directors of this company own 80% of the Chinese joint venture. IMH only owns 20%. After the directors have taken their cut there won't be mich left for the sucker shareholders of IMH.
This stock is to be avoided. IMH has not met any promises since listing. Everything ends up going through the directors hands first.
