Details such as $ amounts, what does POH pay to 3M to develop it? or does 3M take a royalty from sales?
How has 3M traditionally structured such deals?
Its not a royalty agreement. 3M are simply developing the patch in bulk for a fixed fee, just like they do for hundreds of other customers. It's just a matter of formulating it and 3M will create them to their exacting standards.
The cost of developing this run of patches is over a million dollars.
