dhukkie, we have discussed this previously ( a few weeks back i think)
it is my understanding of these things that a patch manufacturer like 3m would charge a coy that wanted to scale up a commercial patch many hundreds of thousands of dollars, depending on the tooling up perhaps as much as $1M
the Oxy patches are somewhat new in their size etc so expect 500 to 950k or thereabouts IMHO
