I read the announcement and I know who 3M is. Runner wrote 1mill and then later 3m (small m) I read it as 3 million.
So the announcement boils down to this, POH went to 3M and said can you make this patch for our trials? 3M said, sure it's going to cost about $1m. POH says cool, let's sign an agreement to that effect but leave the $$ out of it.
Where is the big story here? Am I missing something, wasn't this largely expected?
