I missed most of the bitter AEV stuff so sort of look at it in a different light. Sold out back in 2008 missed the peak but make good $$. Now it is a case of far out the mcap is low. Back in last week at 1cent.
GIB looking at the past couple of Highland Plains deals JR has been pretty flexible on the terms. I'd doubt the project would be fully retained, and looking at the structure of the past Highland Plain deals and the BDM deal JR has a bit of a trend going. Cash + Shares + 1.5% royalty. Exposure will most likely be kept through a shareholding. My best guess would be a deal with around $10mill Cash+Shares+1.5% royalty. I'd say $10 million would be the minimum but it could increase quite a bit as this phosphate bull market kicks into gear. Given the structure of the company and how JR is running it, probably better to deal on but no rush on that.
It has a high grade core, maybe JR should do a battery off-take deal, that would put a rocket under the sp
