i haven't had much of a look at this, but the fact the phosphate may have a high iron content will probably make it unsuitable to be use as fertilizer after simple benificiation. Quite often phosphate deposits with impurities are used to make phosphoric acid (aru?), the acid is then used to make fertilizer. Need to build a large plant and is fairly expensive to do.. The grade (7%?) will most likely be too low to do anything with economically even as a by product. As i said I haven't had much of a look at it, and only read the tread due to phosphate in the title, hopefully someone might find this info useful as a base for some follow up research.
