I almost started to get excited when I realised that the article is incorrect as they are really only talking about the price of DAP.
Approx 32% of DAP consists of Rock Phosphate so 32% of $650 is US$208 so that's your price for Rock phosphate.
If the price of Rock Phosphate was anywhere near $650 I would have thrown the kitchen sink at it.
