Highlands Plains is an attractive project - Phosphate prices are rising and there is reportedly a looming drop in worldwide supply. GIB have spent over $10m so far on the project. They have reported a sizable commercial deposit from the completed drilling with a good gradesd and testing to date indicating low contaminants.
They need to get on and do something with it - either put in place the strategic partner they say they have been looking for or perhaps look to progress it themselves.
