Reading through another North American Phosphate miners report, they state that "we have been providing carbon reduction certificates with each sale of our fertilizer" generating carbon trading $$. HR - would you know how so?

Also that they are experiencing increased demand from synthetic (high carbon footprint) fertilizer producers wanting to blend their phosphate into their synthetic product in order to offset some of the carbon cost.

It kind of feels that with the Carbon market rapidly moving worldwide that the metrics around Phosphate deposits and in particular Highland Plains may have changed dramatically.

Would I be correct to assume the Carbon $$ might be one thing but then add in the once competitor Synthetic producers now become a customer shifts the demand side?
