There could be a process at work to suppress the share price until the SPP is concluded - that way most of the of $2.5 million worth of share placement can be allocated to Agrifields.
That will be potentially 27,761,905 shares - quite hard with AEV to accumulate 28 million shares without significant moving the market or without taking much time to do so.
