So they have only just started on all this - 5Mt mine - beneficiation plant - 140 MW power generator - 10GL/yr desalination plant - sulfuric acid plant - ammonia plant - 3 birth panamax port - 1400km railway
At the same time they'll be building a massive aluminium mine and smelter.
If they can build all this in 4 years (ie by 2012) it will be very impressive - 2010, they're dreamin'
