Hi tap41, I dont know anything about phosphate deposits but I do know the Queens English and the way I read that is that it saying that the deleterious stuff is at a lower level than whats provided for in the rules which is very good. If the deleterious material was said to be at a higher level than the code then that would be no good. I would like someone who definitely knows to confirm which way is the right interpretation.
