Growler is valuing the projects at 0.
Each to their own but I'd rather figure out potential value if they come to fruition then add a probability discount to it.
i.e. if it's a billion dollar project
- pre any studies maybe you give it 1% chance
- post early studies - 10-30%
- after DFS - 50-60%
all imo dyor.
