Grain prices arent going "anywhere" in a hurry.
Wheat / barley production and carryover stocks see that we have a higher stocks to use ratio than last year. we are down on production yr on yr, but last year was record breaking as nothing fixes high prices like high prices.
demand also lower in some sectors (dairy, feedlots, beer etc)
Grant there will be some local issues in Aust esp on the East coast (northern regions)
Aud firm, and firming against US, where does this go? firmer IMO.
next period to watch out for is planting in northern hem, next few months, then march / april (spring time). the world does get use to lower stocks as access seems to be getting better and better in some countries.
fert is a long term play, ag industry is a long term play (hopefully. IPL and MAK will have their day, enjoy !!
