Possibilities to confuse - LOL

The questioner is adopted therefore he might not have brothers and sisters so his adopted father's son is not the questioner.

OR The father may have had a love child (mustn't say b...... on this forum).

OR His brother may have died and the picture was taken prior to his passing.

The questioner is now senile and no longer knows which planet he is on let alone who is on the photo.

The questioner is a politician and merely aims to confuse.
