The stage is set. The capper/seller/shorter has proped up the gate at 30 and anyone who has to sell by June 30th is entering the slaughterhouse......This is the time to accumulate imo....i cant see it going much if any lower than 26.5.....so buy and hold for 12 months at least....The cashflow of their asset base is just too awsome to pass up....banks will get serviced and debt will be reduced to more responsible levels of gearing.....and life will go on......then one day.....Dividends reappear.....and keep growing for a decade....nice senario.....Fiction or....?
