The Managing Director's (MD's) report is from their AGM, which was held many weeks ago. I don't know why it was released just before the market closed today. It has been available on Pacific Hydro's website since the AGM. It paints a positive picture and is inconsistent with their falling share price today. It is noteworthy that their share price fell almost monotonically today but the MD's report was released just before the market closed.
I am still mystified as to why the share price fell today, and would welcome some credible explanation.
