Logic seems reasonable.PHY needs some volatilty to get some interest here I think. I have held PHY until fairly recently, needed money working a bit harder somewhere else.
A change in sentiment would do it the world of good. One of those stocks that will probably bounce out of the blue with no reason - hope you are on it at the time.
