The shares where a give-away to both PW & NW regardless basically they have the option to buy the shares at 6c over the next 5 years or otherwise they are also free to just let them lapse if the choose. Meaning basically they could cash in big if it does reach the desired outcome otherwise they can just walk out with no risk if it's failed. Unlike others that have purchased securities upfront. I guess really it's just like a big bunch of free options with an exercise price lower than the PYCOA's issued in the recent placements but without the need to first purchase the securities to aquire them. Big beef up of exposure but without any risk attached --- ideal.

So yes no real need for them to buy anything on market now.

Anyway i'm sure if everyone cashes in no-one will complain lol
