I usually detest it when MDs and Directors award themselves shares and options. But today's announcement indicates that MD Lange intends to stay which is very good news. His options will be awarded over a five year period in 3 tranches each 12 months in arrears. They are only awarded if the NMS SP outperforms the ASX small cap index over the corresponding period. So he has high motivation to ensure NMS delievers.
The mkt liked the ann and SP opened strongly. We have had SP momentum for past 10 days. Lets hope it continues and we move back to 40c over next few weeks. Quite probable IMO.
