Just look at the volume that has traded hands. It's being dragged down not a whole lot of buying awaiting news. Perfect time to drag it down and accumulate. We've seen it really go up on minimal volume, it can also go down on fairly minimal volume too. Market is waiting for that announcement of a commercial agreement and people are taking advantage. Huge buying opportunity in my mind right now.
