IMO .. biggest red flag for this company is founder hold 50% plus stock so why the hell this was listed publicly if he/she wants that much control? just run it as private limited company... !
not one but many example where founder or CEO or Chairman holds 50% + stocks only to drive company how they wanted to and year on year if they fail then there is nothing shareholders can do .... in my opinion.... !
many invest in the company where founder is involved and has high stake in the stock because mr. warren buffet said so but they forget that warren buffet has power to make any such owner dance how he wants so he can afford to do it and it isn't the case for day to day investors ... IMO...
