Good morning Phaedrus,
ET has raised FIRB rules, quoting $1.25 as a trigger point.
I have read two schools of thought, one being GG stopping at 18% creating a blocking stake and two being he moves to 19.99%, after which he needs to deal with the FIRB.
Your thoughts are welcomed plus any fellow holders who are across the ins and outs of foreign takeover rules.
This is all speculative- I find it intriguing that there appears to be a price cap under which GG fills his pockets
