Glad the FDA agrees with you. Did they consult with you on why they now believe GVHD-001 appears to be sufficient? Did you sign off on that statement which was repeated by Mesoblast verbatim (my educated guess) and approved by its directors who have legal and financial exposure against making false statements?
Anyway, Doc, they'll be plenty of shares for you to buy once you are comfortable after the Rem-L approval. Or maybe just wait for the Rex-L approval for back (just need to repeat the p<0.001 P3 study result at p<0.05 for FDA). I know you don't like those kind of risky odds and you will be more than happy to pay multiples of today's SP to meet the goals of your investment strategy. Even GG might loosen up some shares for you by then.
Like I have written before, if you were truly 'pessimistic' you would have a decent short on. You have NO conviction of your position despite the huff and puff.
