Not all evidence is built the same.
People here are treating this low tier evidence the same as a proper RCT.
Theres a reason that's not how it works in the scientific community.
If you ever had to critique and discuss peer reviewed articles you would know even well designed RCTs with low p values have issues that need serious consideration.
Im simply not swayed by a company that consistently failed its trials, but then goes back, trawls through sub groups until it finds some significance, and then pushes it as a success. It's not a success, it has created another hypothesis that needs to be confirmed. That's it
