Yes Doc, it is complicated,… especially by yourself comparing apples with pears. Firstly you ignore the fact that four of the patients survive way past the 12 month cut off for most acute GVHD studies which make your comparatives pretty meaningless…but as a “Doctor” yourself you have ignored the fact that MLD, HLH and ADA-2 are considered to be incurable, with BMTs often being the last throw of the dice in desperation to prolong life for these poor souls. You may wish to check the prognosis for these conditions before commenting because I find it distressing to even comment about their conditions.

I have other research to do now..but Doc have the decency to retract your post which is misleading. You should also be aware of the fact that third and fourth line treatments are considered to have a much lower percentage chance of success, so meaningful comparisons with non treatment refractory or treatment naive patients is futile. The results Joanne Kurtzberg achieved with treatment refractory sr aGVD patients using Remestemcel in a large EAP over many years should be noteworthy in that regard.

Doc, these kids really need this treatment. Please help not hinder. For many it’s their only chance of survival. This is not a game on the internet ..it is life and death. OP
