Only Remestemcel-l treated patients are alive at 4 years (now 5 )
I guess those trialling other therapies relapsed and died 2,3.4 years earlier.
After the 12 month mark it's unlikely the aGVHD is killing patients but likely a relapse of the primary disease. Another reason I find this whole "MSB now has 4 year survival data" absolutely nonsense.
And you are right, it's hard to compare apples with pears, which is why the FDA requested what it did.
Lol, and of course, the appeal to emotion.
The best thing MSB could have done was do that trial when they first were told to. It would've been finished by now, and if the cells work as claimed it would've been successful, and they would be on market as we speak.
Cutting corners has done more harm than good.
