and there will be a new ASIC (sometime we don't know).
So until then, they can just do whatever they please...there is no policeman.
This is a national disgrace of epic proportions, but not one word in the media do I see.
Which is one reason why I suggested the ASX could be shut for good.
After all they are only computers with some simple operational rules.
How about for starters: if you don't own the stock, you cannot sell it.
