Everyone was speculating a partnership. I have said and continue to maintain that it was simply to allow flexibility to balance the markets with increasing demand in the U.S. And in fact they have done that, as we have seen the number of ADRs on issue in the U.S. has risen substantially, as allowed under that SEC action that everyone was speculating about.
