GG (and brothers) buying MESO has thrown a spanner in the works as well, and I can see the two brothers(?) use JPMorgan to buy the stock - If they are using JP to help them with their buying, I'm sure JPM would be tilting the scales in their favour.
Institutional trading is a nebulous concept to me except I am aware that they use TWAP, VWAP and other volume based algorithms to get good prices while making minimal market impact.
