Company needs to clarify:

1. Cash runaway given the 6 months BLA review period. 4C out by Wednesday- so cash position coming.
2. When is pre-BLA meeting for heart going to happen? Need some more concrete timeline than just "MSB intends to" They have said this year 2024.
3. Does the company expect FDA decision on the BLA resub earlier than 6 months at all? They are hopeful but beyond their control- again the 6 month review period does not need time allocated to an ADCOM nor manufacturing inspection- you could reasonably presume a shorter time period. Plus with Phil K saying efficacy was no longer part of the CRL, a lot of trial data would already have been assessed.

Lack of information or news for the next 6 months will only cause SP to keep sliding. Personal opinion is GG will have a price in mind to kick off buying more- he was buying up to $1.15 throughout July prior to the PDUFA date- if it dips to high 90's I will sell the silverware.
