???? Short sales for msb are at a near record low ... under 2% and trending down! You'll have to explain how they could possibly be in control. The sp is most likely being manipulated to some extent by the high frequency traders/hedge funds exploiting msb's liquidity to make a buck when traders are uncertain and waiting on news.
