The share price declined because of delays not being communicated. It took 20 days for an announcement which was meant to take just a few days.
If they can turn this around the sp will rocket just add up the amount of stock for sale. This could go 5 cents in the blink of an eye
Just watch out for them issuing more shares, however if good news then This may be ignored (as it was in october? Last year)
