    Crisis will make Japan stronger (WWII expample)
    BoJ put a lot of liquidity into the market and will doulbe its REITS purchase.

    Tokyo is safer place with 36mln ihhabitants ; 2nd or 3th largest economy;

    Long term there is value; i think they can refinance and sell few more buildings
