A buy single arrived yesterday. Well done FT for picking it early.

The short positions increased to 3.97% as of Friday the 7th, totalling 7.37M shares. Close to an all time high.
Since then daily volumes have dropped off, which makes it difficult for shorts to execute the reverse trade. My current hypothesis its the shorts doing some buying and us small shareholders doing the holding.
