Skype use is mostly free app to app in developing world.
Punters might want to read this link, just found while looking at Skype revenues. Given that India is a priority launch market it looks like you could run into some red tape. Indians love red tape. They can generate enough of it to suspend the Himalayas just if you want repaint your car another colour.
