    Encryption? If a sending device encrypts using an algorithm then the receiving device will need the reverse to decrypt. Having a proprietary algorithm may work in some circumstances but in this instance and in the market they operate??? Cant see it being the case and worse still anything leading edge in the encryption space is fairly tightly regulated

    They may have developed smart voice compression and or compaction algorithms to reduce bandwidth but that is very different from encryption. Or they may have even designed a method of transport overlay that piggybacks other activity but I didn't think this worked well for voice traffic and was more the old ISDN D channel type mastery or Frame Relay overclocking trick - this was all in the carriage rather than the end user where ZIP is playing though.

    But then what would I know...I am passed my used by date.
