Have you tried Nanu app?

I did install Nanu app. I didn't have any success to a call in Australia.
Interface is not that good, I can't find the rate, too many unnecessary stuff.
.... I won't use Nanu.

You can simply Google 2G voip, and posted here, warning us how many competitors we have.
If you are smart enough, you will figure out if that is true or not.
WhatsApp has been struggling to develop a voip app working on 2G network. Top voip provider Skype, Viber, are not working on 2G. How many else can provide.
ZipT app initial results confirm the app was workin better than expected in 2G network.

I personally use ZipT app and very happy with its call quality and Cheap rate, And am happy to buy credit to make calls.
