Some things to consider when looking at mangement:

How many shares does management hold in the company they are running? A good director will put his/her money where there mouth is & purchase a decent amount of shares in the company he/she is running. This way shareholders know the director has as much to lose as the shareholder.

Look at the directors previous history, what companies did they manage in the past & how will that reflect on the current company they are running. If there history is good then there contacts should follow them into the new company the director is running.

Good management wont dilute the life out of the company by issueing heavily discounted placements, destroying the share price with no consideration for shareholders. Managements top priority should be to keep the amount of shares on issue as low as possible but at the same time the company well funded to keep active.

Good management wont pay themselves a ridiculous wage until they have proven they are worthy of a pay rise.

Good management wont dump shares into sharp share price rises.

Good management wont issue themselves a ridiculous amount of free shares & options, there is nothing wrong with management receiving incentive share/options if they have performed but some management show pure greed & no respect for there investors.

Good management will keep the market up to date as often as they can, knowing lack of communication to the market leaves there shareholders second guessing there moves.

Good Management? You will get that answer once you have sold out...
