Good managemnt will promote the company they are running at a very high standard on a regular basis aiming to attract serious support from the market/brokers/insto's, they will make sure the market/brokers/insto's know what the company does, what they are set out to achieve & how they are set to achieve those goals, many companies out there have great assets & are cheap compared to others in there industry, but the overall market has no idea due to the lack of promoting from management, this usually leads to lack of interest from traders/investors/brokers/insto's as they second guess why the company is not valued higher then current price when the positive news released is not being reflected in the share price.
