any views on the independent report in the prospectus..

imo management went with altostratus as a first up drill so they could get the runs on the board.

they have done plenty of homework on this first drill as per the information contained in the prospectus.

anyway thanks again..look forward seeing more of your comments..

Cas73, in regard to your comments I have to correct you on one important point:

Strike has a proven track record. I don't think you can get any more proven then their Casino discovery in the Otway Basin (they farmed out to Mitsui & Santos).

Strike do have a great management team that is proven, furthermore I knwo for a fact they have done their research with regards to developing any fields that become commercial discoveries in the carnavon basin. I work for an Oil & Gas consultancy and they did approach us at the beginnign of this year to perform development studies.

I respect whatever opinions you have but please refrain from blatant lies.

Strike is a great play IMHO for what it is. The price at the moment provides a great reward/risk ratio if altostratus alone is commercial, lt alone the other 4 offshore wells and strong onshore acreage (Some being the Ex-Santos permits).

If your after a highly leveraged high impact exploration play then stocks like strike, AXR, ETE, RPM are the way to go.
