Dont talk too loudly,,but I reckon a monty would be the removal of the 50% CGT discount... its been rumoured many times, and, if introduced without warning would be gold mine on what are, & may become, a pack of cards interms of vales, prices n gains etc... - could itself become a trigger for a further bubble prick - could be introduced to fund disaster,flood & some sort of property-economic-bank fallout & protection B S etc///
