unfortunately, as easy as that article reads it is nothing more but a real estate 'add' (payed for journalisam)...
its a 'write up' from the good old days of 'regular con' from real estate industry of the boom era !
actualy with this piece they are pretending that boom hasn't stopped !
...like surry hills wasn't expensive or popular before...no...now it's 20% more popular (and expensive) !
...or concord strip (20 stores) can make or break your purchase !
...3 golf courses, 20 parks, vicinity to the city CBD and Parra, concord hospital and more than enough schools, (public and private) didn't make you buy BUT 5 lousy coffee shops and and 3 thai eateries will make you fall in LOVE and fork out extra hundred thousand or two ! ! !
