dont be fooled.
orignally i predicted bal to race up to 15$ from 9$ before retreating back to 9$ before heading north to 15$ for its new firm bottom.
all the economic doom and gloom has all stocks looking shaky, but its all manipulation.
bal will be 20$ by end of 2016
i could be wrong though, however i can see bal returning to 15$ in the coming month or two.
