Surely at these prices they are a takeover target.
Bringing in professional management will be the only way we as shareholders will maximise our investments. We are losing money with the current management. Private equity would be licking their chops to have a crack at creating value by owning a business that is strategically so appealing with so much potential upside that is not reflected in its current share price.
On fundamentals i am still a strong BUY but management action and lack of communication has me wondering. DYOR.
