Currently looking like another false break from existing descending trend channel. Agree with both WUS and hOOts, BAL is difficult to call. Although I think that this is trading on technicals at the moment rather than fundamentals and I for one believe nothing but a bright future ahead and consider the current price action to be responding to one of the two SP principal drivers, fear.

I will be waiting to see if tests 200 day sma, which looks more than likely. I believe that at this level technicals will be more favourable and a buy signal will be generated and S will respond to the other SP driver, greed.
However to be fair in the short term (imo) I can't see breakout beyond $11 in the next month. However this is BAL so who can tell
