I think the Tmall figure is a rolling month number - i.e. the previous 30 days.
Stage 3 BAL sales have jumped quite a bit over the last day due to a promotion they are doing. It's always ranked either #1 or #2 by $ sales. It's also the most expensive IF brand on Tmall (~AUD $44.50/tin), which shows that customers are prepared to pay a premium for IF.
They are also pushing Stage 1 hard on Tmall at the moment. By $ sales the 3 items they have for Stage 1 are ranked #7, #10 and #15.
