$4 absolutely bottom end the scale for 7TCF. And if EXR can prove up even half of the potential 42Tcf were looking at $12 minimum!!!! These rough valuations are based on the lowest of historic T/O rates for Aussie gas fields of $0.50/GJ. This is for gas fields that AREN’T on the door step of China with an insatiable appetite, and involve 2-3x the down stream costs. Massive costs and infrastructure associated with liquefying and shipping to where? Chi-na! This thing could reasonably have a T/O value of $1.5/GJ so anywhere between $12/share (7TCF reserves) up to $36/share Is on the cards if we push through the whole PSC like champions and ward off the vultures until the very end.
