Frx have been raising a few 2-3m round of fund raising in last few years and give no traction at all but just to buy time. How long will this 5-7m going to last ? Look at the hiring rate plus new initiatives - how long this fund going to last ? Its going no where again after depleted the cash raised. A strategic investor might need to pay premium on top of market price of 3-4c to take up majority control & pump in significant amount of money to make a meaningful impact. Whilst we might be diluted, but we will share a bigger pie. it is CEO & Board job to convince the strategic investor to pay premium if they have good business plan & company is undervalue due to lack of liquidity ( Top 10 shareholders controlled 70-80% of total shares ).
